Profile on Louis Muller: LLB (Unisa)

Louis Muller qualified as an attorney with a BA LLB from UNISA during 1971. From 1972 he has practised as an attorney as Director of the well known law firm in Pretoria until August 2005 specializing in property law, Conveyancing and especially the more complicated field of opening township registers, sectional title registers, real right of extension and related Conveyancing matters.

Projects as developer

Mr Muller initiated the development arm of the said Law Firm known as the Tim props Group and managed their property portfolio successfully for 8 years. During this time he was also responsible for the marketing of all the units and stands, over and above the managing of the projects, until approximately four years ago, when that part of the business grew to such an extent that a separate company was launched and is presently managed by a different management team.

The Group, Edenway Proprietary Limited, under the auspices of Mr Muller, developed and transferred more than 3000 units over the last 20 years. It is apparent from the above that Mr Muller is not only well respected by the Banks and his fellow colleagues, but has extensive knowledge and experience in Property Law and managing projects of magnitude.
