Marise has been a practicing Conveyancer and Notary for over 29 years. Her knowledge, experience and expertise stretch across a broad spectrum of services within the property and conveyancing market spaces. These range from being proactively involved in ‘turn -key developments’, from rezoning, planning, working within the multi-faceted disciplines of real estate through to the final stages of conveyancing .

Seasoned experience, insider knowledge and skilful negotiations have given her the unique capacity to finesse fit-for-purpose outcomes suited to the particular circumstances of every client; whether they are self-employed, salaried or have several sources of income. Besides being ‘properly passionate about property’, Marise lives and breathes values of a high standard, which in particular speaks to her ethos: “Ethical business practices form the bedrock of who we are.” She works closely with her team, who are dedicated to giving every client personalised professional attention.

Louis Muller started his career as practising attorney in 1971 specialising in property law, particularly in the administration of a maze of complexities related to the opening of township and sectional title registers as well as real right of extension and related conveyancing matters.

Louis is the owner of Edenway Pty Ltd, a property development company established in 2005. Besides working with clients in his sphere of expertise, Louis successfully pioneered the creation of many magnificent Development Estates during his career as Conveyancer and Developer. More than 3000 units have been developed and successfully transferred over the past 30 years under the auspices of Louis Muller.

Louis is well respected within the banking sector as well as his clientele and colleagues due to his extensive knowledge and experience in property law and the management of major development projects. In House Bond Brokers is privileged to have Louis as their Legal Consultant.
